What does a kit look like?

What are the items in the kit made of?
- The Children Party Kit items are mostly made of durable plastic
which makes them long lasting, easy to clean and safe for little ones. - The Teen Party Kit has plastic tableware and metal cutlery.
- The Adult Party Kit items include china dishes and metal cutlery.
The tablecloths and napkins are mostly cotton or linen.
What if I have a different number of people attending the party from the pre-set kit sizes?
Each Party Kit caters for a set number of people. You can use some or all of the items in the kit. If you need more than one kit let us know. We may still be able to help you.
Can I add / remove items?
The Reusable Party Kits are a fixed number of items. You may use some or all of the kit. If you need something extra we may be able to help.
How much does it cost to hire a kit?
The cost of each Reusable Party Kit is a $20 hire fee for a 24 hour period.
How / when can I make payment?
Yes, you pay in full to book your kit.
Can I pay by cash? Online? PayPal?
You pay online through our website when making your booking.
How do I know if the kit is available for hire on my party date?
You will be able to view this online during your booking.

How long can I have the kit for?
Party Kits are hired for 24 hours.
Do I just have the kit for the day of the party or longer?
If you need it for an extended time, you will need to check with us if it’s available for a little longer. This will be at no additional charge, if available.
Do I have to wash the kit when I collect it and before I return it?
All our kits are washed before being hired out. We ask that you at least rinse all used dishes and cutlery. Tablecloths and napkins do not need to be washed.
What happens if an item gets lost or broken?
Please let us know of any lost or damaged items so we can repair or replace.
